This year, the event has been themed around the Chinese dialects group culinary cultures. It all ranges from finger foods such as popiah to main dishes such as Hokkien mee, which are actually stir-fried prawn noodles. Besides, there are also different kinds of signature dishes that will be introduce at the event.
